Social study is a professional field that aims to improve people’s well-being and quality of life. It involves providing support, care and finding solutions to social problems in different areas of society. Social study is based on fundamental values such as social justice, equality and human rights. It is carried out in different working environments such as organisations, governments, non-profit organisations or private institutions. Target groups can be children, young people, older people, people with disabilities, migrants, homeless people, addicts and families. Social study uses multidisciplinary approaches and combines theory, skills and methods from different disciplines such as psychology, sociology, education, law and social policy. It strives to understand, analyse and find solutions to social problems. Social study contributes to the promotion of social justice, social equality and social change.

Academic Time

Classes are every

Tuesdays,
18.00-19.30 , 20.00-21.30. ;  4 academic hours each. 6 academic hours, one Saturday per month, for a total of 120 academic hours in a year.

 

Academic Time

It is compulsory to attend 70% of the classes.

 

Academic Exam

Students will be given 300 questions prepared from the topics covered and 30 randomly selected questions will be asked in the final exam. To be considered successful, 70% of the questions must be marked as correct.

There is no midterm exam, but there will be tasks to be completed.

  • Signed Contract form with Nova Education Germany (you fill fill and sign during applying proccess)
  • Signed Contract and form with University of Economic and Human Sciences in Warsaw (you fill fill and sign during applying proccess)

It is sufficient to have any Bachelor’s degree
